Mr.Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that initially, tribe certificate was issued to the petitioner, however, the same was cancelled on the ground that it was not issued by a competent authority. Now, the petitioner has got the tribe certificate from the competent authority. The learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is

2 86-WP10946-16.odt in the service of respondent nos.3 and 4. He submits that the petitioner would submit the said tribe certificate to respondent nos.3 and 4 within two weeks from today.

Mr.Jadhav, learned Counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4 submits that on receipt of the tribe certificate from the petitioner, the same would be forwarded to the Committee for verification.

The petitioner shall submit the tribe certificate obtained by her from the competent authority, to respondent nos.3 and 4 within two weeks from today. Upon receipt of the tribe certificate, respondent nos.3 and 4 shall forward the same for validation to respondent no.2. Respondent no.2, upon receipt thereof, shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, and preferably, within one year thereafter.

Till the validation proceedings are decided, respondent nos.3 and 4 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner. Respondent nos.3 and 4 may take action depending upon the judgment that may be delivered by respondent no.2. 5.

With these directions the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
