The petitioners have put forth prayer clause [B] as under :- "[B] By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondents no. 3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations of the petitioners annexed at EXH-C in the light of circular dtd 28.06.2018 issued by respondent no.1, for changing the postings of the petitioners by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies."

The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits, on instructions, that the representations put forth by the petitioners would be decided by the respondents within four weeks.
