This application is filed by petitioner No.2 for deleting his name from cause title of the petition as his grievance is redressed. He is reinstated and in view of that prayer to his extent has become infructuous.

Therefore, the application is allowed. Petitioner No.2 stands deleted from the cause title of the petition. The petition to the extent of petitioner No.2 is disposed off as infructuous. The deletion be carried out within two weeks from today. If the reply in the petition is to be filed, same be filed within four weeks from.
