The petitioner is already issued with the show cause notice as to why affiliation should not be withdrawn in a phase-wise manner or modified. The reply is filed by the Principal of the college to the said show cause notice, which is at page no. 162. Gajanan

Mr. Karad, learned Counsel submits that the two pages which were annexed to the said reply are not placed on record but the same were with the reply (page no. 162) forwarded to the University. Mr. Karad, learned Advocate submits that the reply filed by the Principal (Page no. 162) is accepted by the Society and it shall be deemed that the said reply is filed by the management and the management of the petitioner institution accepts the said reply. 4.

The University may take decision pursuant to the show cause notice on its own merits. The decision preferably be taken by 21-12-2021.
