Heard Shri S.B.Deshpande, learned counsel for the applicant Acquiring Body and Shri V.B.Patil, learned counsel for the respondents - claimants.

According to Shri Deshpande, learned counsel for the applicant Acquiring Body delay is caused for preferring the appeals because of procedural formalities. He argued that delay is neither intentional nor deliberate.

Shri Patil, learned counsel for the respondents - claimants states that he has no objection for condonation of delay, if the entire amount is directed to be deposited.

In view of the submissions made by Shri Patil, learned counsel for the respondents - claimants, delay is condoned subject to depositing entire amount of compensation within a period of 15 weeks, failing which applications for condonation of delay shall stand dismissed.
