Heard both the sides.

Learned counsel appearing for both the sides submit that in the connected matters this Court has allowed the claimants to withdraw 80 % amount of compensation (in Civil Application No. 5757/2016). 3.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the Acquiring Body has no objection to pay 80 % amount.

Civil Application is allowed.

5.

Applicant is permitted to withdraw 80 % amount of compensation along with accrued interest, on furnishing undertaking that in case adverse orders are 1/2

929.odt passed in the appeal the applicant will redeposit the amount in this court.

6.

Remaining 20 % amount shall be invested in the fixed deposit receipt in the Nationalized Bank initially for a period of 13 months and thereafter shall be renewed from time to time as per the order of this Court.

Civil Application is disposed of.
