Mr. Kasliwal, learned counsel submits that earlier Rs. 6,98,193/- were paid and yesterday Rs. 5977/- is also paid. The petitioner is paid more than Rs. 7,00,000/-.

In the present matter, we cannot enter into the calculations and its legality.

In case, the petitioner has grievance with regard to the entire amount, the petitioner may take up appropriate proceedings. 5.
