Mr. Dankh, the learned Counsel for the applicant and original writ petitioner so also Mr. Mandlik, the learned Counsel for non-applicant nos. 2 and 3 and respondent nos. 2 and 3 in writ petition agree that the writ petition can be disposed of in terms of 'Exhibit P-1' annexed to Civil Application no. 13228 of 2018.

In the light of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of 'Exhibit P-1' in Civil Application no. 13228 of 2018. Non-applicant nos. 1 / 2

911-CA-13228-18.odt 2 and 3 - Aurangabad Mathadi & Unprotected Labour Board is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.67,73,759/- alongwith accrued interest, if any, for making payment to the Mathadi workers.
