The learned advocate for respondent No. 6 submits that, the intimation of death of respondent No. 6 was given on 11.07.2023 and still no steps are taken by the petitioners. The respondent No. 6 was the only contesting respondent as other respondents are Government authorities.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that, he is trying to contact the petitioners, but he did not establish any contact with the petitioners.

Be as it is, since the intimation was already given long back and

6. Now, nothing survives in the writ petition. The writ petition therefore stands disposed of.
