PER COURT :- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE) for early decision on its request. The learned counsel Mr. Bagal h/f Mr. Kaptekar, for respondent No.2 - NCTE, tenders across the bar a copy of the refusal order, purportedly passed on 17.6.2023, rejecting the petitioner's proposal/request.

Learned advocate for the petitioner vehemently submits that this order has never been communicated to the petitioner, however, in the light of proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 18 of the NCTE Act, 1993, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
