Heard. This writ petition deserves to be dismissed at the stage of admission. The petitioner claimed Freedom Fighter pension.

As per latest Government Resolution, the petitioner was under obligation to produce documentary proof that he has suffered because he remained underground during 1942 or 1947 freedom movement. The Government Resolution also indicated that in order to support the claim, a freedom fighter may submit document showing that warrant was issued against him. The petitioner's case was based on issuance of warrant by Gulbarga Court against him. The Committee, however, disbelieved this warrant. According to the Committee, they verified genuineness of this

( 2 ) wp3456.13 warrant and found that the same was not genuine. In view of this, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. 2.
