The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not in a position to deposit the partial outstanding amount. 3.

Prima facie, considering that the total amount of maintenance awarded of Rs.7,000/- per month to the respondents (wife and two children) and considering the income of the applicant it does not appear to be exorbitant, as such, this court would not entertain the present Revision Application.
