After arguing the applications for some time, learned Counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seek permission to withdraw the same. They seek further liberty to apply afresh after receipt of the report of Chemical Analyzer or if the trial does not commence in the near future. 2.

Criminal Applications are permitted to be withdrawn. The applicants are at liberty to apply afresh after period of four months, in case trial does not commence within said period.
