The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that in both the writ petitions, the petitioners are the father and son. Their tribe claims are pending with the Scrutiny Committee. The same are not decided since many years.

In case the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioners are pending with respondent No. 2 - Committee, then respondent No. 2 - Committee shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioners.

The petitioners shall appear before the respondent No. 2 - Committee on 7th November, 2019.
