The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the impugned order first appeal would lie under Section 47 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890.

Considering the above submission, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file first appeal. He may also apply for condonation of delay seeking exclusion of the time spend in prosecuting the present writ petition.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with above observations.
