Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits that the amount due to Applicant No.1 has been received and the same would be released in his favour before Diwali. He placed on record the list wherein his name appears at Sr.No.11 and the amount due to him is Rs.45,834/-. 2.
