Learned A.G.P. submits that, in the instant matters conditional stay was granted by this court subject to deposit of the amount under the award within twelve weeks, however, since the amount was not deposited within the stipulated period stay so granted stood automatically vacated. The learned A.G.P. submits that, he has now received the amount of compensation by way of cheque and it will be deposited in the registry within a week. The learned A.G.P. has, therefore, prayed for extension of time to deposit the amount of compensation and has further prayed for revival of the earlier order passed by this court thereby granting stay to the execution of impugned award. Hence the following order.

ORDER

i) The time to deposit the amount of compensation stands extended.

ii) Registry to accept the cheque for the amount of compensation.

iii) The execution of the impugned awards shall stand stayed till decision of the present appeals.- (P.R. BORA) JUDGE mub
