Mr.Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that real brother of the petitioner has been issued the validity certificate of "Naikada" S.T.. The Committee be directed to issue the validity certificate to the petitioner also.

We have heard learned AGP also.

It is for the Committee to consider the documents on record. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vigilance is already conducted in the year 2015.

Considering the above we pass the following

( 2 ) wp12426.17 order.

ORDER

i.

The respondent-Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within three months.

ii.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 07.11.2017.

iii.

The writ petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
