The Petitioner is aggrieved by the interlocutory order passed by the Labour Court dated 09.12.2013 below application Exhibit U/2 by which, his Complaint (ULP) No.31/2013 is held to be untenable on account of lack of territorial jurisdiction and yet, the Labour Court has dealt with the merits of the matter and has arrived at adverse conclusions against the Petitioner/complainant. He is also aggrieved by the judgment of the Industrial Court dated 03.09.2018 by which, his Revision (ULP) No.97/2013 has been dismissed.

Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 12.12.2018. The Petitioner shall remove all office objections and shall supply the copies of the petition paper book for issuance of notices on or
