The learned Counsel submits that though vigilance and the hearing has been concluded in the year 2015, the respondent No. 2Committee has not decided the matter as yet. 2.

Considering the statement made by the learned Counsel that the vigilance is also completed, the petitioner has also filed his say. We direct the respondent No. 2-Committee to decide the same within a period three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No. 2 - Committee on 4th November, 2019.
