After registration appeal issue notices to the respondents.

Operation and execution of award, passed by the MACT Osmanabad, in MACP No. 112 of 2012 is stayed subject to deposit of entire compensation amount, with accrued interest thereon, by the appellant in this Court within four weeks from the date of passing of this order. If the compensation amount is not deposited within the prescribed period by the appellant, the stay order shall get vacated without reference to this Court.
