By consent, heard both sides finally at admission stage. 2.

It appears that in terms of the impugned order, the application submitted by the petitioner-convict seeking extension of emergency parole leave came to be rejected on the ground that as per the report submitted by the Badnapur Police Station, three NCs came to be registered against the petitioner while he was on emergency parole leave.

We have carefully perused the record. At present NC no. 306/2020 came to be filed against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 504, 506 of IPC, NC No. 208/2020 is under

983-CriWP-1434-2021 -2Section 323, 504 and 506 of IPC and NC No. 261/2020 is also for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 506 of IPC. It appears that while on emergency parole leave, the petitioner-convict has committed these offences. In view of the same, the respondent authority has rightly refused the extension. We find no fault in the impugned order. There is no substance in the criminal writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
