Mr. Yeramwar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee. The cousin uncle and cousin brother of the petitioner have been granted validity under the orders of this Court. The learned counsel submits that, the Scrutiny Committee be directed to issue validity to the petitioner.

As the validation proceeding is pending before the Committee, the petitioner may bring to the notice of the committee the orders passed by this Court in case of paternal cousin relatives of the petitioner. The Committee is bound to consider the orders passed by this Court. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 30th December, 2019.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
