By this application applicant seeks relaxation of condition to attend concerned police station on every Saturday and Sunday, imposed upon applicant by this Court vide order dated 18/09/2024, passed Anticipatory Bail Application No.698/2023. 2.

Heard learned Senior Advocate for applicant and learned APP for State.

Applicant being Tahsildar is assigned election duty by the Collector and therefore, he is not in a position to attend the police station. Hence, till the applicant is assigned election duty, he is exempted from attending concerned police station on every Saturday and Sunday. Application is disposed of. (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.) SVH
