We have also heard Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is challenging the notification bifurcating the Group Grampanchayat. As elections are already held of the Grampanchayat after bifurcation, it will not be possible in such matters to set the clock back. The same will have large scale ramifications. 4.

In the light of the above, we are not inclined to exercise our writ

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
