The petitioner has retired on 30.11.2006. The petitioner seeks benefit of Government Resolution dt. 30.10.2009. 2.

We have heard Shri. S. V. Adwant, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader, Shri. Navandar, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 and Shri. Narwadkar, learned counsel for respondent No. 3.

The issue is no longer res integra and stands concluded by the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No. 8985 of 2011 decided on 09.05.2014. Subsequently, Government Resolution is also issued on 27.12.2018 to the same effect.

In light of the above, respondents shall after verifying the date of retirement of the petitioner and after confirming that the petitioner has retired in between 01.01.2006 to 26.06.2009, shall give the benefit of the Government Resolution dtd. 30.10.2009 as has been affirmed in Government Resolution dt. 27.12.2018. The same shall be done expeditiously, preferably within four months. 5.
