This application is by the legal representatives of deceased Udaji Malode respondent in the appeal, who died on 11.10.2021. The applicants are the legal representatives of the deceased. The applicants have annexed a copy of death certificate as well as certificate showing the legal representatives issued by the Sarpanch. The applicant Nos. 1A to 1C are the only legal representatives of the deceased Udaji.
