An affidavit is filed by respondents clarifying that on 10-12-2021 the Commissioner of Fisheries, Mumbai issued sanction order of contract of fishing in favour of the petitioner. The sanction order is communicated to the petitioner by RPAD on 11-12-2021 and the same is delivered to the petitioner on 15-12-2021.

In view of the above, order passed by this Court stands complied with. The contempt stands purged.
