Mrs. Deshpande, the learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions of the Committee submits that the Committee would decide validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of three months. 2.

In view of that, the Committee shall decide the proceedings as undertaken by them. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the writ petition.

Till the proceedings decided by the Committee, the employer shall not take action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
