The Petitioner has put-forth prayers in the Petition which can be summarized as under:
a) Record and proceedings with regard to the construction of Talathi Sajja and residential quarters of 1983, constructed by the B & C Department, be produced in this Court.
b) Respondent No.2 - Collector be directed to inquire in the construction of the Government Talathi Sajja offices and residential quarters at Georai by the B & C Department.
c) Initiate action for misappropriation of funds by the "Concerned Officer" (Officers' names are not disclosed).
( 2 ) 905 wp 5938.19 d) Direct production of record of construction of Talathi Sajja office and quarters constructed in 1983 till 2010 and in 2012 - 2013 by the B & C Department.

It is obvious that the Petitioner is a resident of the area where certain constructions of Government offices took place in 1983 under the B & C Department. There is no personal cause of action. On going through the pleadings of the Petition, it is obvious that the Petition sans details. The Petitioner has not made any research before leveling an allegation that there has been corruption in the construction of such offices, which were constructed in between 1983 to 2010. A roving inquiry is prayed for, in 2024. 3.
In view of such reckless allegations, without any substantiation and without specific details, in as much as the Petitioner having no locus to file a Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is dismissed. [Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.] [RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.] mub
