PER COURT :- 1.

The applicant prays for condonation of delay of 32 days, occurred in filing the Civil Applications for bringing legal heirs of the sole petitioner in both these petitions on record.

Shri Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the MSRTC has seriously opposed the applications and prayed that both the petitions be dismissed. 3.

Considering the reasons set out in both the applications, same are allowed. Delay of 32 is condoned, on the condition that the applicants be brought on record in the Writ Petition, within two weeks from today, failing which, this order shall stands recalled, the civil applications shall stand rejected and both the petitions shall stand abated.
