This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no. 2 to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal of petitioner pending with the Scrutiny Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from today and, it is accordingly directed.

It is informed that hearing in the matter is prescribed before the Committee on 15.11.2018. Petitioner assures to cause appearance before the Committee on the aforesaid date and to cooperate the Scrutiny Committee in final disposal of the claim on preferential basis.

In the meanwhile, the employer shall not take any coercive action against petitioner.
