Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed for issuing cheque in the name of the petitioner (Page No. 21).

Mr. Chate, the learned counsel submits that the Deputy Engineer, Gramin Pani Purvatha has also written letter to the Gramsevak to transfer the funds in the name of the Gram Pani Purvatha Va
2 wp 12329.18 Swachata Samiti.

The learned counsel for respondents no. 5 and 6 submits that, in fact, the Secretary of Pani Purvatha Va Swachata Department is transferred, so also, the Gramsevak and that is why the funds could not be transferred and that respondents no. 5 and 6 are ready to transfer the funds.

As the representation is pending with the Chief Executive Officer, we are not entering into the merits of the contentions.

The Chief Executive Officer shall take decision upon the representation (Page No. 21) on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months. If need arises, may hear all the parties concerned.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
