The applicant was riding Luna moped. The oncoming S.T. bus knocked him down. The appeal has been filed mainly on the ground of contributory negligence and quantum as well. 3.

In the fitness of things, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount under the impugned award with interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
