ORAL ORDER :

Mr. Choukidar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that, Service Regulations have been framed by the Government which are made effective from 1st January 2015 and same are published also. The learned counsel submits that, the posts as are enumerated in para No.7 of the Civil Application are required to be filled in.

Mr. Talekar, learned counsel submits that the Service Regulations are not yet placed before both the Houses of the State Legislature after the amendments are made in the Service Regulations and they would be effective only after the same are placed before both the Houses.

Considering the above, we permit the applicant to fill in the posts as are enumerated in para No.7 of this Civil Application on purely ad-hoc temporary basis for a period of six months. The appointment orders shall specify that the persons are appointed purely on adhoc temporary basis and for a period of six months. The selection would be carried out by the Staff Selection Committee by following all the norms and procedure. Present Civil Application stands disposed of. (A.I.S. CHEEMA, J.) ( S.V.
