The learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time submits that the Tahsildar be directed to decide the application within a period of six (06) months and that the position existing as on today be maintained till the decision of the Tahsildar.

The writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Tahsildar to decide the remanded matter within a period of six (06) months and the position as existing today be maintained by the parties till the date of decision of the Tahsildar.
