The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the Committee. 2.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a student of 12th Std. He requires validity certificate of his caste for admission to the professional course.

The learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent No.1. 4.

In case the validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending, then respondent No. 2 shall decide the validation proceedings in accordance with the law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 8th February, 2022.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
