By present civil application, the applicant/petitioner prays for quashing and setting aside report dated 20th August, 2018. It is not disputed that Public Interest Litigation No.107 of 2017 was disposed of by an order dated 25th

(2) January, 2018 issuing directions to the respondent - authority that the authority to decide representation within stipulated time by giving opportunity of hearing to the parties.

Learned A.G.P. submits that though there is some delay, decision is taken by the authority by giving opportunity of hearing to the parties. 3.

The report of the compliance is submitted to this Court. Learned A.G.P. tendered apology on behalf of the respondents for delay and submits that delay was unintentional and for bona fide reasons but there is a compliance of the order of this Court and that reflected in the decision of the authority.

Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant/petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the decision taken by the respondent-authority.

Now, this being a position, we are unable to entertain this application. The applicant/petitioner if feels aggrieved by the decision, he may avail appropriate remedies, if so advised to challenge the decision. With these directions the application is disposed of.
