Both the advocates on instructions informed the court that respondent No.1 i.e. wife of the applicant is no more and now respondent Nos.2 and 3 are residing with the applicant who is their father.

The application is filed challenging the impugned judgment and order dated 10-07-2019 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad in Petition No. E-48/2019. The learned Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad was pleased to direct the applicant to pay Rs.2,200/- to the wife and Rs.1,800/-

(2) crira281.19 each to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 from the date of application.

In view of this position, this revision application has become infructuous and disposed off.
