PER COURT :- 1.

The Petitioner is in employment. His claim of belonging to Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe category, is pending for verification before the competent committee since 26.02.2018. He prays for an early decision.

The learned AGP submits that the Vigilance Cell inquiry is yet to be completed and the committee would require 180 days for deciding the claim.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off expecting the Committee to decide the claim of the Petitioner within 180 days from today. The Petitioner would render wholehearted cooperation and refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable grounds, lest, the committee would progress to the next stage in the proceedings.
