Heard Mr. Thorat, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal has been filed with respondent No. 2 on 01.01.2020 for issuance of validity certificate. The real sister of the petitioner had also applied for issuance of validity certificate. In her case, vigilance was conducted. Her claim was invalidated. She had filed writ petition before this Court. This Court directed the committee to issue conditional validity. 3.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the vigilance is directed to be conducted in the case of present petitioner.

Considering the fact that, the petitioner is seeking admission to the Engineering course, we pass the following order. 5.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 13.12.2021. The petitioner shall also immediately file say to the vigilance report that may be served upon him.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner would not claim statutory time for filing say to the vigilance report. 7.
