ORDER :

Both the sides are heard. This Court has seen the relief clause. The relief of giving promotions was claimed. Submission is made that the grievance is redressed and promotions are already given.

The learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners are entitled to get the promotions with effect from the date which fall immediately on the date of passing of departmental examination.

The petition was filed only for aforesaid relief and after that promotions are given. If there is grievance in respect

WP No. 1243/13 of date of promotions, then that will give rise to other cause of action to file another petition and that grievance will not be considered in this petition. The petition is disposed of as infructuous. Liberty is there to move this Court in respect of aforesaid new grievance.
