In civil applications filed for condonation of delay of 42 days caused in filing appeals, for the reasons stated in the applications, particularly, the administrative reasons, delay of 42 days caused in filing the appeals is condoned. Civil applications filed for condonation of delay are allowed. 3.

In first appeals and stay applications therein, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 1.2.2024.

Ad-interim stay is granted to the judgments and awards of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, subject to deposit of entire amount as directed by the Tribunal along with the accrued interest thereon till date within a period of twelve weeks from today.
