PER COURT :- The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the respondent No.2 to take decision on the proposal tendered on 11.12.2009 in respect of confirmation of the sale in favour of the petitioner within stipulated time. An affidavit in reply has been presented on behalf of respondent No.2, wherein, it has been stated that the decision on the proposal tendered to the concerned authority will be taken within a period of two months from today. Statement is accepted.

Respondent No.2 is directed to take decision on the proposal within the time stipulated above.
