The petitioner is challenging the order of respondent no.2/Committee, refusing to validate his Koli Mahadev scheduled tribe certificate.

It is being pointed out that the petitioner's real sister - Manasi Satish Gample was before this Court in Writ Petition No.8925/2018 and by the order dated 03.08.2018, she was held entitled to have a certificate of validity subject to usual conditions. 3.

The petitioner was allowed to adopt reply filed by Manasi to the vigilance report and based on that the impugned order has been passed.

In the light of above, this Court having already undertaken scrutiny of same evidence in the matter of Manasi, it would be appropriate that even the petitioner gets the certificate of validity subject to the same conditions.

The writ petition is partly allowed. The impugned order dated 16.10.2024 is quashed and set aside. The Scrutiny Committee shall immediately issue validity certificate to the petitioner as belonging to Koli Mahadev scheduled tribe. The validity shall be coterminus with the validities of earlier validity holders. 6.

The petitioner shall not claim equities.
