This Court, by order dated 21.12.2015, stayed the effect of the judgment and award under challenge on condition that applicant shall deposit the entire amount under the award within a period of 12 weeks from the date of order. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the entire amount under the award is deposited before this court.

In view of this, the stay granted by this Court by order dated 21.12.2015 stands confirmed.
