This is an application for seeking withdrawal of compensation of amount. It is brought to the notice that in connected matter arising out of the same notification and award, this Court vide order dated 14.12.2021, in Civil Application No. 12794 of 2021, has permitted 75% withdrawal.

Perused the impugned award. In view of the above the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
