This Court had directed that the application for withdrawal of amount shall be heard along with the main appeal. It, however, appears that for one or the other reason, the appeal could not be heard. It is a death claim. The application for withdrawal of amount is, therefore, taken up for hearing.

Without going into the merit of the matter, the applicants are permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh), on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The application stands disposed of accordingly. [R.G. AVACHAT, J.] KBP
