The applicants are seeking withdrawal of compensation amount as directed by this court under order dated 11/08/2020 only to the extent of applicant No.4 by mentioning her name as Mrudula @ Namrata Balaji Kapre.

The school record of applicant No.4 indicates that her name was changed from Namrata to Mrudula under the permission of concerned Education Offcer, Primary, Z.P. Latur. Thus, it appears that Mrudula and Naamrata is one and same person. As such, the offce is directed to issue cheuue of compensation of her share as permitted to be withdrawn under order dated 11/08/2022 in the name of applicant No.4 as Mrudula @ Namrata Balaji Kapre. 4.
