Mr. S.J. Salgare, learned AGP appearing for the respondent in the present writ petition submits that the writ petition was filed challenging the order dated 10.7.2019, passed below Exh.94 in RCS No. 245 of 2014, wherein, the application for amendment to the suit filed by the petitioner herein was rejected by the learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Ahmednagar.

Mr. Salgare would submit that, subsequently, the civil suit itself is dismissed by the learned Civil Judge (S.D.), vide order dated 15.12.2020. A copy of the said order is submitted at the bar, which is marked as "X" for identification.

In view of the disposal of the civil suit itself, writ petition would become infructuous. The writ petition, therefore, stands disposed of as cause of action for filing the writ petition itself does not survive. [MEHROZ K. PATHAN] JUDGE.
